If you’ve lost a loved one to substance use, we invite you to add their story to our Tevin’s Tribe memorial page. By sharing their journey, you can help preserve their memory and honor their life meaningfully. With a $75 donation, you’ll support our nonprofit organization and receive these heartfelt acknowledgments:

A dedicated tribute on our memorial page
An opportunity to include a short bio celebrating your loved one’s life (please keep this bio within 500 characters or less)
A custom 18x24 yard sign honoring them at every event where Tevin’s Tribe memorial is presented
A remembrance card sent to you each year on their birthdate and angel date
